 210. Many of us may be suffering from losses, failures, and isolation.

We need to find the causes of our suffering and try to resolve them properly.

We need to try our best to remove our worries. Each worry takes its own time to go away.

Try your best to do what we can do today. There is no point in just sitting around and worrying without making any effort on our part.

We may have many reasons to worry at every stage. No matter how much trouble we face, we should be able to try to overcome it all.

There may be many reasons for our worries to come to us. We need to be able to change our worries in the right way. Let us realize in the days to come that if we worry, no good change will happen to us.
