D185. Have we ever thought about the difficulties of those who cannot speak or hear? 

If we want to understand what noises are going on around us, we must be silent.

Only if there is a lot of silence can we possibly know and understand more things clearly.

A human being needs food, adequate sleep and rest to stay healthy. Loud noises may be the cause of many of our sleep disturbances.

If what we listen to is something that gives us pleasure, we get a good night's sleep, or we lose our sleep.

No matter who is angry with us, we should sit quietly, and after a while, those who are talking will stop.

Voice is a great blessing that we have received. Use it only where it is needed. We should never use it to hurt others.

 The words we say matter. No matter what we do, the way we treat others determines how we view ourselves.

If we are someone who unnecessarily makes noise to others, no one will be interested in talking to us.

Speak only where it is necessary. Let everyone be able to remain silent when necessary.
