 189. We need patience in everything. If we have patience, we can face many things properly.

Not being able to forgive those who hurt us often leads to big problems and suffering. If many of us could have forgiven as much as we should, we would have been able to solve many problems as much as we should.

If we could not suffer as much as we should, we might have to face all kinds of suffering.

We do not want to face many sufferings. Behind every suffering, there are proper reasons.

Humans may not be able to avoid natural disasters.

We have to overcome the sufferings we are facing with efforts from our side.

Each of us needs to be able to face the sufferings with confidence. If we want to keep sufferings away from our lives, we have to suffer well.

Every suffering often passes by giving us a lot of losses and sorrows.

 Humans have limitations in immediately resisting adversity. If we are not prepared to suffer as much as we should, adversity may come into our lives at any moment.

May we be able to move forward with greater strength and face the adversity that arises in our lives with patience, rather than being saddened by the adversity we have faced.
