20. We need to be able to work with enthusiasm. To get enthusiasm, we need to avoid negative thoughts.

There may be many situations around us that can cause us to lose enthusiasm. We can only get enthusiasm if we work hard enough.

As we age, the things that make us happy may change for each of us.

Avoiding the wrong things is the most necessary thing to avoid losing enthusiasm.

Find happiness only through the right path, otherwise there may be a lot of sadness later.

Each of us needs to be able to strive for the goals we want to achieve in the future.

Crises and hardships may make us very sad, but then we need to be able to work with hope and enthusiasm.

Every moment of ours is very precious. Every time we waste will never be returned.

 We need to be very careful to abandon the mental clutter that robs us of our enthusiasm and stay away from those who speak negatively.

We need to take great care to protect our physical and mental health so that we do not lose our enthusiasm.

We need to be enthusiastic in everything we do to find happiness and peace in our lives.

Things done with enthusiasm are more likely to yield good results.
