69. Many of us experience various types of sadness. Sadness takes its time to leave us. Many sadnesses have ruined the good times in our lives.

Try to find the reasons behind our sadnesses and find solutions in the right way.

The difficulties we face every day are different.

Our sadnesses can leave us to some extent only if we try our best.

When we do not achieve what we want, when we suffer losses, when we cannot fulfill our financial needs, when we fail, when we have illnesses, there are many reasons that cause sadness for many of us.

No matter who tells us not to be sad, it will never be a relief for us.

Each of us needs to be able to accept adverse situations.

May we all be able to get rid of sadness for the rest of our lives.

May we all be able to move forward in the hope that a time of happiness will come.
