7. We all go through the experience of loneliness often. When loneliness occurs in life, many of us feel very sad and disappointed.

Many people may isolate us for various reasons. It may be because we do not have a good job, it may be because we are too old, it may be because we are not beautiful, it may be because we do not have talent, it may be because we do not have finances, it may be because we have an illness, and many other reasons may come into our lives.

No matter who isolates us, we need to be able to love ourselves. Others may isolate us because of their misunderstanding.

Even if we feel lonely, do not get discouraged and keep striving for our own upliftment.

If we waste our precious time in the world, we will not get anything back.

If we have everything, maybe no one will feel lonely. When we feel that we are no longer of any use to anyone, loneliness may arise.

We should be concerned about the future. We need to take precautions to avoid isolation.

No matter how isolated or isolated we are, may each of us be able to move forward without despairing and dreaming of the future.

May we be able to gain insights from the isolation experiences we have had in life.
