 204. There is good and bad happening around us. If we do not avoid the bad, we may have to waste valuable time.

The results we get from each of us depend on how we use our time.

It is the responsibility of each of us to find and avoid things that waste time.

Do not waste time on unnecessary things. At least realize the reality that if we waste the time we have, we will never get it back.

Each of us needs to be able to oppose everything that wastes time, things that destroy health, and things that destroy peace.

We should be able to bring everything about the time we spend under our control.

Only if we make the necessary effort on our part can we possibly refrain from things that waste time.

Be careful to spend every moment we get on useful things so that we do not lose our happiness.

 Many of us waste valuable time that could be used for many good things by setting aside time for unnecessary things.

We need to give up laziness to spend our time wisely. If we want to get rid of our poverty, suffering, and misery, we need to use our time wisely.

May each of us be able to stay away from things that waste time in the coming days.
