 207. For any human being to have progress in their life, they need to suffer a lot. Only as much progress can we achieve as much as we are willing to suffer.

Each of us must be willing to take on the suffering for progress. It is not easy to achieve progress, we must work patiently for progress.

We must be able to move forward without getting tired in the face of crises. Only if we are willing to suffer well can we achieve change.

If we are not willing to suffer properly, not only will we not be able to achieve achievements, but many of us may end up in worse situations than yesterday.

May we all be able to suffer well to achieve progress in the future.
