 243. For the mind to be happy, we need to be able to associate good thoughts with it.

Only if there is effort on our part can we avoid bad thoughts.

If we want to have good thoughts, we need to be able to pay attention to the good things around us.

Only if each of us is able to avoid bad thoughts as much as possible, can we move forward on a straight path.

Bad thoughts can possibly take a bad toll on our mental and physical health.

We need to have good thoughts to stay away from disappointments, overcome crises, and avoid laziness.

May we be able to bring good thoughts to our minds in the days to come.
