 290. We have to think for ourselves to move forward. No one may be there to help us when we need it.

If we want to achieve anything in our future life, we have to think for ourselves. It is not too late to realize that we are the only ones who can help us until our last moment.

May we be able to help many people in the days to come through the achievements we get through our efforts.

We should help others without expecting anything in return from others.

We have to make good efforts in the days to come for our growth. Not everything in our future journeys always has to go smoothly. We need to be able to move forward through efforts without worrying about things not going as planned.

Failures, crises, losses, and miseries may occur many times in our lives. We need to be able to survive them all.

 Those who we think have been helpful to us may not always be helpful to us.

We may receive help at any time, and we may lose help at any time. There is no guarantee that we will receive the help we are receiving now in the future.

May we be able to recognize that we are the only ones who can help us until the end of our lives, love ourselves, and give due consideration to our mental and physical health.
