 292. Everyone may have different reasons for feeling sad. We may have been hurt by many people since we were young for many reasons.

Many of us may have felt sad either because of our own mistakes or because of the mistakes of others.

We may have to feel sad when we cannot achieve what we want.

Many things can be achieved only if we try patiently.

Every sadness needs its own time to go away from us.

Financial crisis, suffering,

illnesses, separation of loved ones, failures, losses, neglect, insults and so on, many things can cause us to feel sad. 

We may not always be able to solve the many problems we face on our own. We need the help of the right people to solve our problems.

Sadness can happen to anyone at any time. Whether we have money or not, sadness can come to anyone.

 Many of us have reached this point because many people helped us in our difficult times to the best of their ability.

It may not always be easy to overcome the difficult times we face.

Let us at least be able to not hesitate to seek help from those we need in difficult times.
