 310. The reason we often cannot be happy is because we think about what we do not get more than what we have, because we are disappointed.

We must desire and acquire happiness ourselves. Not everyone can be happy all the time. We may have to face a lot of hardships and sufferings on the journey ahead.

We may not always be able to move forward as we want. We need to be able to find happiness in what we have today.

There needs to be a constant effort on our part to improve more than yesterday, at least from now on.

Changes will only happen according to how much effort we put in.

Each of us should have some reason to be happy.

Each of us should constantly try to suffer as much as possible in order to get happiness.

Losses, failures, suffering, isolation, and ridicule can all make us very sad.

 It is not too late to realize that if we waste our precious time, we will lose the benefits that we should have gained in the future.

We need to make sincere efforts on our part to overcome the difficulties and crises ahead of us in a straightforward way.

May each of us be able to be happy in the days ahead without wasting the precious time we have.
