 326. Every human being in the world may feel hatred for many things depending on their life situation.

Not only in relationships, hatred may arise at any time for many things they like.

Small reasons are enough to start hatred in us. The things we liked yesterday may have turned into hatred today.

It is very easy to hate, but it is not so easy to love by removing hatred.

We may have some reasons to hate others. Each of us must sincerely try to keep hatred away.

If hatred for others is carried in our minds for a long time, it may affect our mental and physical health very badly.

Each of us must try to find out the reasons for hatred and solve them.

The harm caused to us by hatred is not small. Hatred does not give us any benefits.

 There must be efforts to remove hatred from us. Many people may show hatred towards us unnecessarily. There may also be those who feel hatred out of misunderstanding.

We must be able to love with an open mind, be able to forgive, and then perhaps we can remove hatred to some extent.
