D69.Many of us experience isolation due to various circumstances. Isolation brings us a lot of pain.

In isolation, we need to be able to get rid of the negative thoughts inside us.

Perhaps everyone has to face isolation as a result of the decision we make.

We need to be able to survive isolated situations. We need to be able to move forward by believing in ourselves.

If we have nothing, if we feel that no one is of any use to us anymore, when others start to feel that we are a burden, and when we realize that there is no benefit in looking at us, perhaps many of our loved ones may feel like isolating us.

No matter how bad the situation is, let's make efforts not to isolate anyone.

It is easy to isolate anyone, and only when we experience how much pain it can cause, we may understand.

No matter how much isolation we face, we should move forward by believing in ourselves. If each of us is tired of being isolated by others, we may not be able to achieve anything in the future. 

May we all be able to overcome the pain of isolation in the right way, by facing isolating situations with courage.
