 196. Many things around us enter our thoughts. Include only good thoughts. Wrong thoughts can possibly paralyze our mind and body.

Spend our valuable time thinking about right things. Do not let bad things enter our mind under any circumstances.

Be careful to avoid situations where bad thoughts come to us as much as possible.

We need to be able to control wrong thoughts through constant effort.

Each of us needs to be able to always bring good thoughts to our mind and move forward with good thoughts.

When we think about others, if their actions have hurt us a lot, we may naturally feel hatred and disgust towards those people. Forgive the mistakes that those people have made so that bad thoughts about them will disappear from us.

Only if we think about right things can we do good things.

 May we all be able to think straight in the future.
