 197. Many thoughts pass through our minds every day.

Sometimes unnecessary thoughts may enter our minds. The unnecessary thoughts that enter us may motivate us to do bad things.

We need to be able to eliminate unnecessary thoughts and add good thoughts.

Unnecessary thoughts do not always enter us without our permission. We need to make a good effort to prevent unnecessary thoughts from entering us.

If we do not eliminate unnecessary thoughts, happiness and peace may be far away from us to some extent.

Most of the time, unnecessary thoughts are caused by things we see, hear and experience.

No matter how hard we try, we may not be able to completely avoid unnecessary thoughts.

When unnecessary thoughts enter, try to shift your mind to good thoughts as soon as possible.

If you add good thoughts, you may be able to avoid unnecessary thoughts to some extent.

 May everyone be able to move forward with positive thoughts, completely eliminating unnecessary thoughts.
