 219. Every moment our surroundings are subject to changes. There may be good changes and bad changes.

There needs to be constant effort on our part for good changes.

We may not be able to easily make the changes we want.

Behind every change there are its own hardships.

We cannot bring about good changes in our surroundings without making efforts.

We need to be able to give our own price to each thing. If we do not make the best use of the time we have, many of us may have to suffer in the future.

We may face defeats in our efforts for good changes, we may face teasing and isolation, but even if we do, we need to be able to move forward without getting tired.

Every good change needs its own time.

Work hard for the changes we need. Never pay attention to things that waste our valuable time.

 Often, we need only ourselves to make good changes, and therefore we ourselves must strive for good changes in the days ahead.

May each of us have the thought that good changes are necessary to grow forward.
