If we have hatred, we may lose our happiness to some extent.

If we have hatred towards someone, we should try to get rid of it in any way possible. If hatred is in our mind, we may have difficulty in letting good thoughts enter our mind.

If hatred towards others continues for a long time, we may become the cause of various diseases.

If we have hatred, we may have more bad thoughts in our mind. Bad thoughts only lead to destruction.

We may find some reasons behind every hatred. Let us find the reasons and solve them.

If we do not let go of hatred properly, we may have to face many difficulties.

Others may have harmed us, isolated us, made fun of us, humiliated us, and so on. 

We may develop hatred due to the fears and discomforts that have been created in us.

Many of us may develop hatred towards food, people, and many other things depending on the situation.
