D309. Many of us may feel hatred for many things. There may be some valid reasons behind hatred.

No matter how much love we had for our loved ones in the past, it only takes a moment for that love to disappear and hatred to fill us.

Each of us needs to try to find the real reasons behind the hatred that arises in our lives and resolve it in the right way.

As long as hatred exists within, it may not always be possible to love anyone sincerely.

Some people may have hatred because of misunderstanding. For others, it may be because they face hatred from some people.

All hatred that has existed for a long time may disappear in a moment.

The life situation of each person is different, and their thoughts are also very different. It is not possible for everyone to understand our thoughts the same way all the time.

 Realize that hatred only hinders our growth. Always try to keep hatred from entering us as much as possible.

Do not allow hatred to grow under any circumstances. Once hatred grows, it can cause us a lot of difficulties.
