D333. There is no point in thinking about the past and being sad.

It is important to know how to move forward in the future without worrying about sadness.

There may be many small and big things in our lives that have caused us to be sad.

To change our sadness, sincere efforts are needed. Sadness will not go away on its own, we need to deal with it properly.

When we see the growth of others, we feel sad that we could not grow like them, when we see the talents of others, we feel sad that we did not get such talents, when others live in luxury, we feel sad that we cannot live like them, and so on. We find many reasons in ourselves and even feel sad about unnecessary things.

The main reason for our sadness is our wrong thoughts. Always let good thoughts enter our minds.

To change our sadness, we need to act well. Only if we wake up and act, the sadness of those around us can be resolved.

 May our constant efforts help us to at least some extent to get rid of our sorrows.

May we at least realize that being sad is not only a waste of our valuable time, but also of no benefit, and may we work diligently to avoid sorrows and help others in the best way possible.
